FITBODY 360^® Membership Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to FITBODY 360^®, a DBA of Lohre Studios, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Billing
   Subscription Plans: Monthly or Quarterly.
   Access begins within 24-48 hours of purchase and continues until canceled.
   Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
   FITBODY 360^® is a community membership and not a replacement for personalized online coaching or a structured fitness and nutrition plan.

2. Payments & Refunds
   All payments are final. No refunds or prorations.
   If we discontinue the community, prorated refunds will be issued only if your renewal extends more than 7 days beyond the cessation date.
   Price changes may occur at any time.

3. Cancellation Policy
   You must email shop@fitbody.com at least 7 days before your next renewal to cancel.
   Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Community Guidelines
   Respectful & supportive interactions are required.
   No spam, self-promotion, or content sharing outside the group.
   Violations may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

5. Content & Intellectual Property
   All content is exclusive to members. No sharing or redistribution.
   Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action and account termination.

6. Liability & Disclaimers
   FITBODY 360^®, operated as a DBA of Lohre Studios, LLC, provides educational resources, not medical advice.
   Participation is at your own risk; consult a professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

7. Membership Termination by FITBODY 360^®
   We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that harm the community.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Lohre Studios, LLC is registered, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lohre Studios, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the community, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Lohre Studios, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the community.

11. Force Majeure
    FITBODY 360^®, operated as a DBA of Lohre Studios, LLC, will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or technical failures.

12. Severability
    If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

13. Changes to Terms
    FITBODY 360^® may update these terms at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued membership confirms acceptance.
